The invention relates to a safety state processing circuit of an electric vehicle motor controller, which comprises a main safety state processing path, a standby safety state processing path and a high-voltage side redundancy safety state control path, the main safety state processing path comprises a main safety logic circuit, a PWM signal buffer, an IGBT drive circuit and a three-phase full-bridge circuit, wherein the PWM signal buffer, the IGBT drive circuit and the three-phase full-bridge circuit are connected in sequence. The main safety logic circuit is connected into a signal transmission line between the PWM signal buffer and the IGBT drive circuit. The PWM signal buffer is used for receiving a control signal of the main control chip to carry out PWM control; and the main safety logic circuit is used for receiving a control signal of the main control chip, forbidding PWM control of the PWM signal buffer and controlling the three-phase full-bridge circuit to enter a corresponding safety state through the IGBT driving circuit when the main control chip detects a system safety related fault. Compared with the prior art, the circuit has the advantages that the circuit meets the function safety requirement, the topology design is reasonable, implementation is easy, the universality is high, and the cost performance is high.

    本发明涉及一种电动汽车电机控制器的安全状态处理电路,包括主要的安全状态处理路径、备用的安全状态处理路径和高压侧冗余安全状态控制路径,主要的安全状态处理路径包括主要安全逻辑电路和依次连接的PWM信号缓冲器、IGBT驱动电路和三相全桥电路,主要安全逻辑电路接入PWM信号缓冲器和IGBT驱动电路之间的信号传输线路中;PWM信号缓冲器用于接收主控芯片的控制信号进行PWM控制;主要安全逻辑电路用于在主控芯片检测到系统安全相关故障时,接收主控芯片的控制信号,禁止PWM信号缓冲器的PWM控制,并通过IGBT驱动电路控制三相全桥电路,进入对应的安全状态。与现有技术相比,本发明具有电路符合功能安全要求、拓扑设计合理、易实现、通用性强且性价比高等优点。
