The invention discloses a safety system for a power battery of an electric automobile, which is characterized in that the bottom surface of a chassis of the electric automobile is provided with an upward concave power battery storage groove, the periphery of the power battery is provided with a convex battery fixing seat, and the battery fixing seat is provided with a vertically through fixing hole; mounting holes corresponding to the fixing holes in position are formed in the edge of the groove, and the power battery is fixed into the groove through explosive bolts embedded into the battery fixing base and the mounting holes. According to the explosion-proof system, after the automobile battery is burnt, the battery can be quickly separated from the automobile body and moved to an expected open position by moving the battery in an explosion-proof manner. And meanwhile, the damage to the members in the automobile and the automobile body caused by incapability of extinguishing the fire is also reduced.
本发明揭示了一种电动汽车动力电池安全系统,电动汽车的底盘底面设有向上凹陷的动力电池存放凹槽,所述动力电池的四周设有凸出的电池固定座,所述电池固定座上设有竖直贯通的固定孔,所述凹槽边缘设有与固定孔位置对应的安装孔,所述动力电池通过嵌入电池固定座、安装孔的爆炸螺栓固定在凹槽内。本发明防爆系统能够在汽车电池因为燃烧后,通过防爆移动电池,可以快速将电池脱离车身,并移动到想对空旷位置。便于消防人员进行灭火,同时也减少因为无法灭火,造成对车内成员和汽车本身的伤害。
