The heavy truck suspension variable cross-section hollow half shaft comprises a shaft body of a hollow structure, a through hole penetrating through the two ends of the shaft body is formed in the shaft body, the shaft body comprises a non-bearing section connected with an automobile support and a bearing section connected with an automobile hub, and the through hole sequentially comprises a first section, a first transition section and a second section; the inner diameter of the first section is larger than that of the second section, the first transition section is in a taper hole shape, the two ends of the first transition section are connected with the first section and the second section, the first section is completely arranged in the non-bearing section, the junction of the non-bearing section and the bearing section corresponds to the second section, and the safety coefficient of the junction of the non-bearing section and the bearing section is gt; and 2, the variable cross-section hollow half shaft has a smaller aperture at the maximum half shaft stress position so as to have enough wall thickness and strength, meanwhile, the variable cross-section hollow half shaft has a larger aperture at the non-bearing section so as to realize a better weight reduction effect on the basis of meeting the strength, and the invention further provides a manufacturing process of the variable cross-section hollow half shaft of the heavy truck suspension and a heavy truck suspension structure.

    本发明涉及一种重卡悬架变截面空心半轴,其包括中空结构的轴体,轴体内部具有贯穿其两端的通孔,轴体包括与汽车支架连接的非承载段和与汽车轮毂连接的承载段,通孔依次包括第一段、第一过渡段和第二段,第一段的内径尺寸大于第二段的内径尺寸,第一过渡段为锥孔状且两端连接第一段和第二段,第一段完全内置于非承载段,非承载段和承载段的交界处对应第二段设置,其中,非承载段和承载段的交界处安全系数>2,其在半轴应力最大位置具有较小的孔径,进而具有足够的壁厚和强度,同时在非承载段具有较大的孔径,在满足强度的基础上实现更优的减重效果,本申请还提供了一种重卡悬架变截面空心半轴的制造工艺及重卡悬架结构。
