The invention discloses a fuel cell thermal management system, a control method and device thereof and a vehicle. The method comprises the steps that the vehicle state is determined, and the vehicle state comprises the flameout state and the starting state; supplying power to the fuel cell thermal management system according to the vehicle state; the ion concentration is obtained in real time, and the ion concentration is the ion concentration of the cooling liquid in the vehicle; comparing the ion concentration with a preset concentration threshold value to obtain a comparison result; a first loop and a second loop are controlled according to the vehicle state and the comparison result, so that the ion concentration is smaller than a preset concentration threshold value, the first loop is used for reducing the ion concentration, and the second loop is used for isolating the cooling liquid from a fuel cell stack of the vehicle. The invention solves the technical problem that the service life of the fuel cell stack is influenced because the fuel cell stack is damaged when high-concentration ions enter the fuel cell stack.

    本发明公开了一种燃料电池热管理系统及其控制方法、装置和车辆。其中,前述方法包括:确定车辆状态,其中,车辆状态包括熄火状态和发动状态;根据车辆状态对燃料电池热管理系统进行供电;实时获取离子浓度,其中,离子浓度为车辆中的冷却液的离子浓度;将离子浓度与预设浓度阈值的进行对比,得到对比结果;根据车辆状态、对比结果对第一回路和第二回路进行控制,以使离子浓度小于预设浓度阈值,其中,第一回路用于降低离子浓度,第二回路用于将冷却液与车辆的燃料电池电堆隔离。本发明解决了高离子浓度进入燃料电池电堆损伤电堆,进而影响电堆寿命的技术问题。
