The method can be suitable for any working condition in the vehicle driving process, and torque transmission of the engine and the gearbox is cut off in time by effectively recognizing the triggering time of the flameout prevention function, so that the vehicle flameout risk is reduced, and vehicle uncontrollable danger and even personal harm caused by flameout are avoided.
本发明公开了一种自动变速箱防熄火控制方法,通过监控发动机转速、发动机怠速转速等信号,并结合既定的底线转速及处理时间,计算出防熄火自救转速,通过防熄火自救转速与发动机转速及怠速转速进行比对,提前识别出发动机可能存在的熄火风险,第一时间触发防熄火自救功能激活,使TCU在短时间内进入防熄火处理模式,控制离合器切断动力传递,避免由于变速箱非期望的传扭导致发动机负载过大所造成的熄火。本发明可适用于车辆行驶过程中的任何工况,通过有效识别防熄火功能的触发时机,及时切断发动机和变速箱的扭矩传递,从而降低了车辆熄火风险,并规避熄火带来的车辆不可控危险乃至人身危害。
