The method comprises the following steps: receiving a control instruction and a preset operation torque corresponding to the control instruction, controlling a generator to operate according to the preset operation torque by a generator controller based on the control instruction so as to improve the rotating speed acceleration of an engine, and enabling the rotating speed acceleration and a resonance interval of a dual-mass flywheel to have an association relationship; the range extender controller controls the range extender based on the rotation speed change of the engine, so that the range extender can quickly cross the resonance rotation speed interval of the dual-mass flywheel in the operation process, the resonance impact time borne by the transmission shaft system structure is shortened, and therefore the transmission efficiency is improved. The reliability of the transmission shaft system structure in the operation process of the range extender can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种增程器控制方法、系统、设备及存储介质,属于新能源汽车技术领域,增程器控制器基于接收到的整车控制器发出的控制需求指令,向发电机控制器和发动机控制器发送相应控制指令,以及与所述控制指令对应的预设运转扭矩,发电机控制器基于所述控制指令,控制所述发电机按所述预设运转扭矩运转,以提高所述发动机的转速加速度,其中,所述转速加速度与所述双质量飞轮的共振区间存在关联关系,增程器控制器基于所述发动机的转速变化,对所述增程器的进行控制,使增程器在运转过程中能够快速越过双质量飞轮的共振转速区间,从而减少传动轴系结构承受的共振冲击时间,因此,本申请能够提高增程器运转过程中传动轴系结构的可靠性。
