The future required electric quantity is estimated according to the length of each road section of the travel obtained through navigation and the passing time, and the working point of the range extender is controlled according to the short-term electricity supplementing requirement, so that the range extender works in advance in a medium-rotating-speed area, and the electric quantity is stored in advance; therefore, the purposes that the range extender is not started during low-speed pure electric driving and the power is not insufficient during ultrahigh-speed peak clipping assistance are achieved. Therefore, the working proportion of the range extender in a low-rotating-speed area and a high-rotating-speed area is reduced, and the overall working efficiency is improved.
