The invention relates to the technical field of battery management, in particular to a heat management system of an industrial electric vehicle lithium battery rack, which comprises a battery box, a battery rack, an air blower, a temperature monitoring module and a controller, the battery rack is installed in the battery box, a plurality of battery cells are arranged and installed in a pyramid shape by the battery rack, and the battery cells are mutually connected to form a battery pack; an air inlet is formed in the side face, close to the tip end of the battery cell pyramid arrangement, of the battery box, two air outlets are formed in the side face, opposite to the side face provided with the air inlet, of the battery box, the position of the air inlet corresponds to the tip end of the battery cell pyramid arrangement, and the two air outlets are symmetrical along the central axis of the battery cell pyramid arrangement. The air blower blows air into the air inlet, the temperature monitoring module monitors the temperature of the two air outlets, and the air blower and the temperature monitoring module are both connected with the controller. The method has the beneficial technical effects that an improved battery cell arrangement mode is provided, a battery cell heat control model is simpler, and the reliability of heat management and control is improved.

    本发明涉及电池管理技术领域,具体涉及一种工业用电动车锂电池架的热量管理系统,包括电池盒、电池架、鼓风机、温度监测模块和控制器,电池架安装在电池盒内,电池架将若干个电芯按金字塔状排列安装,电芯相互连接构成电池包,电池盒靠近电芯金字塔排列尖端的侧面开设有进风口,电池盒与开设进风口侧面相对的侧面开设有两个出风口,进风口位置与电芯金字塔排列的尖端对应,两个出风口沿电芯金字塔排列中轴线对称,鼓风机安装在进风口处,向进风口内鼓风,温度监测模块监测两个出风口处的温度,鼓风机和温度监测模块均与控制器连接。本发明的有益技术效果包括:提供了改进的电芯排列方式,电芯热量的控制模型更为简单,提高了热量管控的可靠性。
