The power converter is electrically connected with the power box, the oil pump frequency conversion all-in-one machine and the speed regulation controller; and a battery management system BMS, a plurality of storage batteries connected with the battery management system BMS and a contactor are arranged in the power box. According to the electric control system for the anti-explosion lithium battery rack rail vehicle, through the arrangement of the vehicle control unit VCU, the cab controller, the battery management system BMS, the oil pump frequency conversion all-in-one machine, the speed regulation controller and the brake valve, the vehicle control unit VCU can achieve information collection, information transmission and control over all the units through a CAN bus, and the safety of the vehicle control unit VCU is improved.     本发明提供了一种防爆锂电池齿轨车电控系统及防爆锂电池齿轨车,所述电控系统包括整车控制器VCU,通过CAN总线与整车控制器VCU通信连接的辅助电源箱、司机室控制器、电源箱、油泵变频一体机、调速控制器、制动阀,以及电连接电源箱、油泵变频一体机和调速控制器的电源转换器;电源箱内设有电池管理系统BMS,与电池管理系统BMS相连的多个蓄电池和接触器。本发明所述的防爆锂电池齿轨车电控系统,通过整车控制器VCU,以及司机室控制器、电池管理系统BMS、油泵变频一体机、调速控制器、制动阀的设置,整车控制器VCU能够通过CAN总线实现信息采集、信息传递、以及对各单元的控制,提高电控系统的控制精度和响应速度,并提升防爆锂电池齿轨车整体的可靠性。
