The invention discloses a processing method of a composite epoxy powder coating, which comprises the following steps: A, carrying out modification treatment on a nano material, and carrying out ball milling and mixing on the modified nano material to prepare a pre-dispersion; b, weighing the pre-dispersion, epoxy resin, a curing agent, a flatting agent, filler, barium sulfate and dioctyl phthalate according to a design formula, and carrying out melt extrusion on a mixture of the pre-dispersion, the epoxy resin, the curing agent, the flatting agent, the filler, the barium sulfate and the dioctyl phthalate; and C, cooling and tabletting the extruded polymer, conveying the extruded polymer into a grinding machine by using conveying equipment, and grinding to obtain the required powder coating product. The preparation method has the beneficial effects that through the synergistic effect of ball-milling mixing and melt mixing extrusion, the interaction among molecules is increased, the compatibility of nano particles and a polymer or a polymer matrix is improved, the nano material can be fully dispersed into the powder coating, agglomeration of the nano material is prevented, operation can be carried out at normal temperature and normal pressure, and the preparation method is suitable for industrial production. The method has the advantages of simple process, high production efficiency, good modification effect and low cost.

    本发明公开了复合环氧粉末涂料的加工方法,包括以下步骤:A、对纳米材料改性处理,将改性后的纳米材料进行球磨混合,制成预分散体;B、按设计配方称量预分散体与环氧树脂、固化剂、流平剂、填料、硫酸钡和邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,将其混合物进行熔融挤出;C、将挤出的聚合物进行冷却压片,利用输送设备将其输送至研磨机中进行研磨,得到所需的粉末涂料产品。本发明的有益效果:该球磨混合和熔融混炼挤出协同作用,增加了分子间的相互作用,改善纳米粒子与聚合物或聚合物基体的相容性,能够使得纳米材料充分分散到粉末涂料中,防止纳米材料团聚,可在常温常压下操作,具有工艺简单、生产效率高、改性效果好、成本低的优点。
