Compression energy generated when the locomotive body rotates relative to the bogie is collected and stored in the energy transmission unit, the curve direction and the wheel flange abrasion position are automatically judged according to the relative movement trend, and the self-service lubrication effect of the locomotive wheel flange is achieved.
