The invention discloses an automobile mass estimation method based on engine torque estimation, and aims to overcome the defects that in an existing automobile mass estimation method, estimation precision is low, input signals are not easy to obtain, and robustness is poor. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring information such as the longitudinal speed, the longitudinal acceleration, the wheel rotating speed, the air inlet mass flow and the air-fuel ratio of a whole vehicle from a vehicle-mounted network bus and a sensor, and firstly calculating engine torque and real-time gear information; an ideal working condition is created for a quality estimation algorithm, the whole vehicle quality estimation working condition is judged by utilizing a formulated fuzzy rule, and then the current vehicle quality is updated by utilizing a recursive least square method. According to the method, basic vehicle-mounted bus signals and sensor information are mainly used, the method has the advantages of being wide in application range, high in precision and high in robustness, and reliable whole vehicle quality signal input is provided for an automobile control system.

    本发明公开了一种基于发动机扭矩估算的汽车质量估计方法,旨在解决现有车辆质量估计方法中估计精度较低、输入信号不易获得、鲁棒性较差等缺点。通过从车载网络总线和传感器获取整车纵向车速、纵向加速度、车轮转速、进气质量流量、空燃比等信息,首先计算出发动机扭矩以及实时挡位信息,为质量估计算法创造较为理想的工况条件利用制定好的模糊规则进行整车质量估计工况判断,之后利用递推最小二乘法对当前汽车质量进行更新。本发明主要使用基本车载总线信号及传感器信息,具有适用范围广、精度高以及鲁棒性较强的优点,为汽车控制系统提供了可靠的整车质量信号输入。
