A dual-redundancy electronic brake boosting system comprises a pedal module U1 and a boosting module U2, and the pedal module U1 comprises a linkage pedal, a first simulation main cylinder and a second simulation main cylinder; the linkage pedal is connected with the first simulation main cylinder and the second simulation main cylinder through two pipelines, a first pedal sensing sensor is arranged on the pipeline between the first simulation main cylinder and the linkage pedal, and a second pedal sensing sensor is arranged on the pipeline between the second simulation main cylinder and the linkage pedal. The linkage pedal pushes the two simulation main cylinders to establish hydraulic pressure at the same time, and the first pedal sensor and the second pedal sensor send pedal travel signals to the ECU controller; the power assisting module U2 is connected with the U1 through a pipeline, the power assisting module U2 is externally connected with the ESC, and the ESC communicates with a brake; and a double-loop independent design is adopted, mutual redundancy is realized, a multi-stage backup capability is realized, and the safety performance of the system is greatly improved.

    一种双冗余电子制动助力系统,包括踏板模块U1、助力模块U2,所述踏板模块U1包括联动踏板、一号模拟主缸及二号模拟主缸;联动踏板通过两条管线与一号模拟主缸及二号模拟主缸连接,一号模拟主缸与联动踏板之间的管线上设置有一号踏板感传感器,二号模拟主缸与联动踏板之间的管线上设置有二号踏板感传感器,驾驶员对联动踏板施加踏板力时,联动踏板推动两个模拟主缸同时建立液压,一号踏板感传感器及二号踏板感传感器’将踏板行程信号发到ECU控制器;助力模块U2通过管路与U1连接,助力模块U2在外部与ESC连接,ESC连通制动器;采用双回路独立设计,实现相互冗余,具备多级备份能力,系统安全性能得到大幅度提升。
