The invention provides a vehicle-mounted liquid hydrogen fuel cell cold energy utilization system which comprises a fuel cell stack, a hydrogen supply subsystem, an air conditioner subsystem, a fuel cell cooling subsystem and a power cell subsystem, the hydrogen supply subsystem is communicated with the fuel cell stack and used for converting liquid hydrogen into gas hydrogen and inputting the gas hydrogen into the fuel cell stack; the air conditioning subsystem communicates with the hydrogen supply subsystem and is used for obtaining cold energy released in the process of converting liquid hydrogen into gas hydrogen; the fuel cell cooling subsystem is communicated with the hydrogen supply subsystem and is used for cooling or preheating a fuel cell stack by obtaining cold energy of hydrogen gas; and the power battery subsystem is communicated with the hydrogen supply subsystem and is used for power generation by recycling preheating generated by the hydrogen supply subsystem. Cold energy of liquid hydrogen in the vaporization process is fully utilized, so that the utilization rate of the liquid hydrogen serving as automobile energy is greatly increased, and energy recycling is achieved; waste heat of the lithium battery and the motor can be fully utilized, and interaction of cold energy and system heat is achieved.
本发明提供了一种车载液氢燃料电池冷能利用系统,包括燃料电池堆、供氢子系统、空调子系统、燃料电池冷却子系统和动力电池子系统,所述供氢子系统与燃料电池堆连通,用于将液态氢气转变为气体氢气后输入燃料电池堆;所述空调子系统与供氢子系统连通,用于获取液态氢气转变为气体氢气过程中释放的冷能;所述燃料电池冷却子系统与供氢子系统连通,通过获取气体氢气的冷能来冷却或预热燃料电池堆;所述动力电池子系统与供氢子系统连通,通过回收供氢子系统产生的预热,用于发电。本发明充分利用液氢在汽化过程中的冷能,使得液氢作为汽车能源的利用率大大提高,实现能源的回收利用;还可将锂电池和电机余热充分利用,实现冷能和系统热量交互。
