The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted liquid hydrogen cold energy recycling system which comprises a liquid hydrogen container, a cold storage device, a first heat exchange pipeline, a second heat exchange pipeline and the like. The first heat exchange pipeline part is arranged on the side, close to the inner container, of the high-vacuum multi-layer heat insulation layer, one end of the first heat exchange pipeline part communicates with the inner container, and the other end of the first heat exchange pipeline part communicates with the cold storage device and is used for circulating liquid hydrogen output by the inner container; refrigerant is contained in the second heat exchange pipeline, the second heat exchange pipeline is partially arranged on the side, close to the outer container, of the high-vacuum multi-layer heat insulation layer, and the second heat exchange pipeline and the cold storage device are connected to form a circulation loop. Liquid hydrogen cold energy is stored by utilizing the phase change cold storage characteristic of the cold storage material, and then the stored cold energy is recycled through the refrigerant circulation loop, so that the cold energy loss of liquid hydrogen is reduced, the evaporation capacity of liquid hydrogen is reduced, the heat insulation performance of the liquid hydrogen container is improved, and the service life of the liquid hydrogen container is prolonged. The purpose of effectively reducing the heat leakage of the liquid hydrogen container for the heavy truck and the operation power consumption of each vehicle-mounted system is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种车载液氢冷能回收再利用系统,包括液氢容器、储冷装置、第一换热管道、第二换热管道等;第一换热管道部分,设置于高真空多层绝热层靠近内容器的一侧,其一端与内容器连通,且另一端与储冷装置连通,用于供内容器输出的液氢流通;第二换热管道内部收容有制冷剂,第二换热管道部分设置于高真空多层绝热层靠近外容器的一侧,第二换热管道与储冷装置连接形成循环回路。本申请利用蓄冷材料的相变蓄冷特性将液氢冷能进行储存,然后通过制冷剂循环回路对储存的冷能进行再利用,降低了液氢的冷能损耗,减少了液氢的蒸发量,从而提高了液氢容器的绝热性能,实现了有效降低重卡用液氢容器漏热及各车载系统运行功耗的目的。
