The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle condition data adjustment, and particularly relates to an air suspension adjusting method, device and equipment, a storage medium and a system. The method comprises the steps of obtaining target adjustment data; acquiring a current adjustable range of the air suspension; verifying the target adjustment data according to the current adjustable range; and after the target adjustment data passes the verification, adjusting the air suspension according to the target adjustment data. The target adjustment data is checked, and the situation that potential safety hazards and accidents are likely to occur when non-professional personnel conduct adjustment autonomously is avoided.
