The invention discloses a train operation control optimization method based on time-varying parameter identification, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, determining input and output data through the recording of vehicle-mounted equipment in the train operation process, analyzing the time-varying parameters, needing to be identified, of a train, and building a basic train model; s2, through auxiliary model processing aiming at actually acquired data, a train operation model based on an auxiliary model is obtained; and S3, applying the train operation model obtained in the step S2 to a train control system, and performing optimization control on train operation. The method is based on data-driven parameter identification, starts from actual input and output data, considers the variation of the actual train operation environment, can well track the environment change by continuously iteratively updating information and accelerating the attenuation of historical data by a forgetting factor, has lower prediction error, and can be used for realizing the time-varying parameter identification. And optimization of train control can be realized.

    本发明公开了一种基于时变参数辨识的列车运行控制优化方法,包括以下步骤:步骤S1,通过列车运行过程中车载设备的记载,确定输入输出数据,分析列车需要辨识的时变参数,建立基本列车模型;步骤S2,通过针对实际采集数据的辅助模型处理,得到基于辅助模型的列车运行模型;步骤S3,采用步骤S2得到的列车运行模型,应用到列车控制系统中,对列车运行进行优化控制。本发明基于数据驱动的参数辨识,从实际输入输出数据出发,考虑到实际列车运行环境的多变,通过不断的迭代更新信息,并以遗忘因子加速历史数据的衰减,可以很好的跟踪环境变化,实现对时变参数的辨识,具有更低的预测误差,能够实现列车控制的优化。
