    本发明公开了一种超低温高抓地雪地轮胎橡胶胶料及其制备方法,采用溶聚丁苯橡胶、顺丁橡胶、液体异戊橡胶为基胶,并添加改性尼龙短纤维,其中溶聚丁苯橡胶50‑60份,顺丁橡胶20‑30份,液体异戊橡胶10‑30份,然后与白炭黑、硅烷偶联剂、炭黑、改性尼龙短纤维、防老剂、防护蜡、促进剂、硫磺共同支撑轮胎橡胶胶料,该胶料制备的轮胎在‑20℃下硬度基本无变化,在60℃下停放60天重量无变化,说明胶料基本没有低分子物质挥发,在此可以保持硬度稳定。
