The invention relates to a preparation method of high-grip-performance tire rubber, belonging to the technical field of rubber. The method mainly comprises the following steps: modifying nitrile-butadiene rubber by carbon injection, modifying a terpene resin, mixing with natural rubber, silicon rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, vinyl acetate, chlorinated polypropylene, hydroxy silicon oil, silicon dioxide, a silane coupling agent, zinc oxide, hydrated magnesium silicate, mica, ferric oxide ash, carbon black, stearate, antioxidant and wax to obtain a rubber composition, and vulcanizing to obtain the rubber material. The rubber material can enhance the grip performance of the rubber tire.
