The invention discloses a method and device for improving the riding experience of rear-row passengers, and the method comprises the steps: firstly obtaining the riding state information of the rear-row passengers in a target vehicle through an in-cabin rear-row passenger monitoring system OMS, and judging whether the rear-row passengers are in a fatigue state or a call state or not according to the riding state information; then, when the passengers in the back row are in the fatigue state or the conversation state, the volume of the vehicle-mounted loudspeaker is adjusted to the proper volume, and when the passengers in the back row are in the fatigue state, after a fatigue state signal is generated according to the riding state information of the passengers in the back row, a care mode state signal is generated according to the fatigue state signal; and sending the information to a vehicle-mounted air conditioner controller and a vehicle body controller BCM, so that the air conditioner controller adjusts the blowing mode and temperature of a vehicle-mounted air conditioner to a proper state, and the BCM adjusts the brightness and color of a vehicle-mounted atmosphere lamp of a target vehicle to a soft state, thereby intelligently providing care services for passengers in the back row in the vehicle, and improving the comfort of the vehicle. And the user experience of back-row passengers is improved.
