The invention relates to an automatic positioning and grinding system based on a wall-climbing robot, which comprises the wall-climbing robot, a collecting device, a grinding device, a control module and a ground station, and is characterized in that the wall-climbing robot comprises a body and a mechanical arm, one end of the mechanical arm is connected with the robot body, and the other end of the mechanical arm is connected with the grinding device; the acquisition device is arranged on the mechanical arm and is used for acquiring images of the crack position before and after polishing; the ground station is used for analyzing the image and generating a first adjusting signal; the control module is in communication connection with the wall-climbing robot, the collecting device, the grinding device and the ground station, and is used for controlling the wall-climbing robot to cruise to the crack position, controlling the mechanical arm to be adjusted to a proper position according to the first adjusting signal, receiving an image, transmitting the image to the ground station and controlling the grinding device to grind; and intelligentization of automatic positioning and grinding of the machine is achieved, the physical labor burden of workers is reduced, the workers are prevented from being harmed by dust, and the dangerous situation of high-altitude operation is avoided.

    本发明涉及一种基于爬壁机器人的自动定位打磨系统,包括爬壁机器人、采集装置、打磨装置、控制模块及地面站,其中:爬壁机器人包括本体及机械臂,机械臂一端与机器人本体连接,且另一端与打磨装置相连接;采集装置设置于机械臂,用于采集裂纹位置处在打磨前后的图像;地面站用于分析图像并产生第一调整信号;控制模块与爬壁机器人、采集装置、打磨装置以及地面站均通信连接,用于控制爬壁机器人巡航至裂纹位置以及根据第一调整信号控制机械臂调整至合适位置,用于接收图像并传递至地面站,用于控制打磨装置进行打磨;实现了机器自动定位打磨的智能化,减少了工人体力劳动负担,使工人免受粉尘危害,免于高空作业的危险情况。
