The invention discloses an overheating protection method and device for an elevator control system, a frequency converter and a medium, relates to the technical field of elevator control, is used for detecting whether a brake resistor is continuously overheated or not and carrying out protection, and aims to solve the problems that at present, additional cost and wiring difficulty are caused by adding a hardware detection circuit, and the circuit is not applicable in a specific scene. According to the overheat protection method for the elevator control system, the principle that characteristic ripples appear when a brake resistor continuously releases heat is utilized, the change of the real-time voltage value of the direct-current bus voltage is compared according to a preset voltage difference so as to detect whether a brake circuit breaks down or not, and a signal is sent to a power control board when the brake circuit breaks down; and cutting off the frequency converter input power. According to the technical scheme, an extra hardware detection circuit is not needed, detection and protection of the brake circuit fault can be achieved only through hardware devices existing in an existing frequency converter and a home elevator control cabinet, and the problems that in the prior art, cost and wiring difficulty are increased, and the system is not suitable for specific scenes are solved.

    本申请公开一种电梯控制系统过热保护方法、装置、变频器及介质,涉及电梯控制技术领域,用于检测制动电阻是否持续过热并进行保护,针对目前添加硬件检测电路会带来额外的成本、布线难度,且在特定场景下不适用的问题,提供电梯控制系统过热保护方法,利用直流母线电压在制动电阻持续放热时出现特征纹波的原理,根据预设压差比对直流母线电压实时电压值的变化,以检测制动回路是否出现故障,并在故障时发送信号至电源控制板,切断变频器输入电源。无需额外的硬件检测电路,仅需利用现有变频器及家用电梯控制柜中存在的硬件装置,即可实现对于制动回路故障的检测和保护,以解决现有技术对于增加成本和布线难度,以及在特定场景下不适用的问题。
