The invention relates to an underground coal mine guy rope trapped rail vehicle which comprises a bottom frame, the bottom frame is provided with rail clamping wheels and rail pressing wheels, the bottom frame comprises two movable cross beams and a fixed cross beam, the two movable cross beams are hinged to each other, and a hinged shaft is located in the middles of the movable cross beams and is vertically arranged; the fixed cross beam is arranged between the two movable cross beams, and the hinge shaft is connected to the middle of the fixed cross beam. The rail clamping wheel is arranged at the end part of the movable cross beam; the rail pressing wheel is arranged at the end part of the fixed cross beam; the two movable cross beams are provided with springs which are used for providing restoring force for transverse folding of the movable cross beams. According to the trapped rail vehicle, the trapped rail wheels are arranged on the pair of movable cross beams, and the distance between the trapped rail wheels on the two sides can be adjusted through opening and closing of the movable cross beams. Under the condition of ensuring that the rail clamping wheel and the rail are not jammed, the clearance between the rail clamping wheel and the rail can be reduced, the reliability of the rail clamping vehicle is improved, and the rail falling and rollover are prevented.

    本发明涉及一种煤矿井下牵绳卡轨车,包括底架,底架设有卡轨轮和压轨轮,底架包括两根动横梁和一根定横梁,两根动横梁相互铰接,铰接轴位于动横梁中部,且铰接轴竖向设置;定横梁设置在两根动横梁之间,铰接轴连接在定横梁的中部;卡轨轮设于动横梁的端部,压轨轮设于定横梁的端部;两根动横梁设有弹簧,弹簧用于提供动横梁横向合拢的回复力。本发明中的卡轨车将卡轨轮设置在一对动横梁上通过动横梁的张合可以实现两侧卡轨轮的间距调整。在保证卡轨轮与轨道不产生卡阻的条件下,本发明可以减小卡轨轮与轨道之间的间隙,提高卡轨车的可靠性,防止出现掉道侧翻。
