The invention relates to an automatic rail-crossing chassis of a coal mine underground rail roadway inspection robot. The chassis comprises a chassis frame body, a left support, a right support, supporting column hydraulic cylinders, a first hydraulic cylinder, a second hydraulic cylinder, a guide rail and wheels. The left support and the right support are arranged below the chassis frame body, the left support and the right support are connected with the chassis frame body through guide rails and can slide left and right relative to the chassis frame body. The left support and the right support are connected through the second hydraulic cylinder, and relative sliding between the left support and the right support is achieved through stretching and retracting of the second hydraulic cylinder. Furthermore, the supporting column hydraulic cylinders are fixedly arranged at the four corners of the chassis frame body, the whole inspection robot ascends and descends through stretching and retracting of the supporting column hydraulic cylinders, and wheels of the inspection robot are separated from a rail. The chassis comprises the chassis frame body, the left support and the right support, the chassis frame body and the right support are connected through the first hydraulic cylinder, relative sliding among the left support, the right support and the chassis frame body is achieved through stretching and retracting of the first hydraulic cylinder, and the technical problem of automatic rail-crossing movement of the inspection robot is solved; and normal rail transportation and production of a coal mine roadway are not hindered in the working process of the inspection robot.

    本发明涉及一种自动跨轨的煤矿井下有轨巷道巡检机器人底盘,所述底盘包括:底盘架本体、左支架、右支架、支柱液压缸、第一液压缸、第二液压缸、导轨和车轮,所述底盘架本体下方设置有所述左支架和右支架,所述左支架、右支架与所述底盘架本体之间通过导轨连接,可相对底盘架本体左右滑动;所述左支架和所述右支架之间通过第二液压缸连接,通过第二液压缸的伸缩,实现所述左支架和所述右支架之间的相对滑动;进一步的,所述支柱液压缸固定设置在底盘架本体的四个拐角处,通过支柱液压缸的伸缩,实现巡检机器人整体的升降,使巡检机器人的车轮与轨道相分离;本发明所述底盘包括底盘架本体和左支架、右支架,所述底盘架本体和所述右支架之间通过第一液压缸连接,通过第一液压缸的伸缩,实现所述左支架、右支架和所述底盘架本体之间的相对滑动,解决了巡检机器人自动跨轨运动的技术问题,使得巡检机器人在工作过程中不妨碍煤矿巷道正常的轨道运输和生产。
