The invention discloses a method for in-situ rapid replacement of a center pivot of a slewing device, and belongs to the technical field of engineering machinery, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, adjusting a fit clearance between a slewing driving structure and a lower fixing structure; s2, the fit clearance between the reverse grabbing roller and the lower fixing structure is adjusted; s3, leveling an upper rotating structure; s4, the rotation center of the upper rotating structure is adjusted; s5, the original central pivot is dismounted; s6, manufacturing a new central pivot; s7, a new central pivot is installed from top to bottom in an inner hole of the upper rotating structure and connected through an inner side flange bolt, and then other parts are sequentially installed and restored in the reverse direction according to the sequence of disassembling and moving the parts; according to the method, in-situ rapid replacement of the center shaft pivot of the slewing device can be achieved under the condition that components except the center shaft pivot are not detached, and compared with an existing traditional center shaft pivot replacement method, the method is faster, safer and capable of saving cost.

    本发明公开了一种用于原位快速更换回转装置中心轴枢的方法,属于工程机械技术领域,包括以下步骤:S1:调整回转驱动结构与下部固定结构间的配合间隙;S2:调整反抓滚子与下部固定结构间的配合间隙;S3:调平上部转动结构;S4:调整上部转动结构的回转中心;S5:拆除原中心轴枢;S6:制作新中心轴枢;S7:新中心轴枢从上部转动结构的内孔中由上往下进行安装,通过内侧法兰螺栓连接,再按照前述拆除及移动部件的顺序反向依次安装还原其它部件;本发明在不拆卸除中心轴枢外构件的情况下,能够实现回转装置中心轴枢的原位快速更换,较现有传统中心轴枢的更换方法而言,更快捷、安全以及节约成本。
