The invention discloses a crane variable-amplitude steel wire rope self-pre-tightening method and system, and relates to the technical field of floating cranes, the crane variable-amplitude steel wire rope self-pre-tightening method comprises the steps that two lower guide wide-groove pulleys are symmetrically arranged at the rear part of a propeller strut of a crane, meanwhile, an upper guide wide-groove pulley is arranged at the corresponding position of the head part of the propeller strut, and two variable-amplitude steel wire ropes pass through the upper guide wide-groove pulley; after bypassing the lower guide wide-groove pulley, the fixed parts are respectively fixed; when the variable-amplitude steel wire ropes are pre-tightened, the arm support is firstly placed in a shelving state, the heads of the two variable-amplitude steel wire ropes are connected, the first winding drum or the second winding drum winds the rope, and the second winding drum or the first winding drum unwinds the rope; and after the second winding drum or the first winding drum completes rope unwinding, rope winding is started, the first winding drum or the second winding drum unwinds the rope according to the set pre-tightening force, and pre-tightening of the variable-amplitude steel wire rope is achieved. According to the invention, the pre-tightening of the variable-amplitude steel wire rope can be realized through mutual pre-tightening winches of the two variable-amplitude winding drums without the help of an external pre-tightening device.

    本发明公开了一种起重机变幅钢丝绳自预紧方法及系统,涉及浮式起重机技术领域,包括在起重机人字架后部对称设置两个下部导向宽槽滑轮,同时在人字架头部对应位置设置上部导向宽槽滑轮,两根变幅钢丝绳经上部导向宽槽滑轮,绕过下部导向宽槽滑轮后分别固定;预紧变幅钢丝绳时,先将臂架放置于搁置状态,将两根变幅钢丝绳头部连接,第一卷筒或第二卷筒收绳,第二卷筒或第一卷筒放绳;第二卷筒或第一卷筒放绳完毕后,开始收绳,第一卷筒或第二卷筒按照设定预紧力放绳,实现变幅钢丝绳预紧。本发明能够在不借助外在预紧装置情况下,通过两个变幅卷筒互为预紧绞车,实现变幅钢丝绳的预紧。
