The invention discloses a whole vehicle thermal management system and method based on a gravity assisted heat pipe and multiple heat exchange coupling, a power battery, a heat pipe heat exchanger, a motor, a motor controller, an electromagnetic valve C, a plate heat exchange refrigerating unit and an electronic water pump are connected in series through a pipeline to form a first flow path, and a water outlet of the electromagnetic valve C and a water inlet of the heat pipe heat exchanger are connected with an electromagnetic valve D in parallel; the plate heat exchange refrigerating unit, the thermostatic expansion valve B, the air conditioner electromagnetic valve A and the evaporator are connected in series through a pipeline to form a second flow path, the evaporator is arranged in the passenger area, an air return sensor is arranged in the passenger area, the compressor and the condenser are connected in series and then merged into the second flow path, and the condensation fan is arranged on one side of the condenser. By adding the gravity heat pipe heat exchanger, the system integration design and the TMS fine temperature control scheme, temperature adjustment can be effectively conducted on heating components and a passenger compartment of the whole vehicle, efficient utilization of energy is achieved, and the purposes of reducing cost and improving efficiency are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种基于重力热管及多重换热耦合的整车热管理系统及方法,动力电池、热管换热器、电机、电机控制器、电磁阀C、板换制冷机组和电子水泵通过管路串联形成第一流路,在电磁阀C的出水口和热管换热器的进水口并联一个电磁阀D;所述板换制冷机组、热力膨胀阀B、空调电磁阀A和蒸发器通过管路串联形成第二流路,蒸发器设于乘客区内,在乘客区内设有回风传感器,压缩机和冷凝器串联后并入第二流路,冷凝风机设于冷凝器一侧。本发明通过加入重力热管换热器、系统集成化设计并结合TMS精细温控等方案,可以有效地对整车发热部件及乘员舱进行温度调节,实现能源的高效利用,达到降本增效的目的。
