The invention provides a new energy vehicle thermal management system based on a loop heat pipe, and belongs to the technical field of new energy vehicle thermal management. The system comprises a three-electric-heat control system, a heat pump air conditioning system and a water circulation system, the three-electric-heat control system comprises three electric components and a loop heat pipe, and the loop heat pipe comprises a first evaporator, a first liquid storage device, a second evaporator, a second liquid storage device, a main condenser, a secondary condenser, a first cold plate, a second cold plate, a plurality of third cold plates and a first stop valve; the water circulation system is thermally coupled with the three-electric thermal control system and the air conditioning system through the main condenser, the secondary condenser, the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger, and a whole vehicle thermal management system is formed. The loop heat pipe is a passive phase-change heat transfer two-phase fluid loop, the heat transfer performance is good, extra power consumption does not need to be provided by a pump, the energy-saving effect is better, the temperature uniformity is high, only the temperature of the liquid storage device needs to be controlled, and the thermal control logic is simpler.

    本发明提供了一种基于环路热管的新能源汽车整车热管理系统,属于新能源汽车热管理技术领域。系统包括三电热控系统、热泵空调系统和水循环系统,三电热控系统包括三电部件和环路热管,其中,环路热管包括第一蒸发器、第一储液器、第二蒸发器、第二储液器、主冷凝器、次冷凝器、第一冷板、第二冷板、若干个第三冷板和第一截止阀;水循环系统通过主冷凝器、次冷凝器、第一换热器和第二换热器实现与三电热控系统和空调系统的热耦合,形成整车热管理系统。本发明中,环路热管为被动式相变换热的两相流体回路,传热性能好且不需要泵提供额外的功耗,节能效果更佳,均温性高,且只需控制储液器的温度,热控逻辑更简单。
