The invention discloses a water-air robot with an integrated propelling device. The water-air robot comprises a robot body, the integrated propelling device, a buoyancy adjusting module, a core navigation system, an energy supply system, a watertight charging port and a detection sensor, wherein the watertight charging port and the detection sensor are arranged on the robot body; the integrated propelling device is mounted on the fuselage; the buoyancy adjusting modules are mounted in permeable cavities of the bow part and the tail part of the water-air robot; the core navigation system is installed in the robot body and used for calculating and obtaining a control instruction needed by the water-air robot and sending the control instruction to the integrated propelling device and the buoyancy adjusting device in real time. The detection sensor is used for detecting an external environment and detecting obstacles; the energy supply system is used for providing electric power needed by all modules, devices and equipment in the fuselage and is connected with the core navigation system, the buoyancy adjusting module and the integrated propelling device through cables. The core navigation system is connected with the integrated propelling device, the buoyancy adjusting module and the wireless communication module through watertight cables, and instruction sending and data receiving are achieved.
