The rotary radar comprises a first encoder, a second encoder, a rotary plate and a fixed plate, the rotary plate and the fixed plate are oppositely arranged in a spaced mode, the first side face of the rotary plate comprises a first annular area and a second annular area, and the second side face of the fixed plate comprises a third annular area and a fourth annular area; a first coded disc of the first encoder is arranged in the first annular area, and a first transceiver of the first encoder is arranged in the third annular area; a second transceiver of the second encoder is arranged in the second annular area, and a second coded disc of the second encoder is arranged in the fourth annular area. Both the first transceiver and the second transceiver can detect the rotating speed of the rotating shaft of the rotating driving part, and the first transceiver and the driving circuit are relatively static, so that the detected rotating speed can be transmitted to the driving circuit. And the second transceiver and the data processing board are relatively static, so that the detected rotating speed can be transmitted to the data processing board.

    本发明涉及雷达技术领域,具体公开了一种旋转雷达及无人机。旋转雷达包括第一编码器、第二编码器以及间隔相对设置的旋转板和固定板,旋转板的第一侧面包括第一环形区和第二环形区,固定板的第二侧面包括第三环形区和第四环形区;第一编码器的第一码盘设置于第一环形区,第一编码器的第一收发器设置于第三环形区;第二编码器的第二收发器设置于第二环形区,第二编码器的第二码盘设置于第四环形区。第一收发器和第二收发器均能够检测旋转驱动件的转轴的转速,第一收发器与驱动电路相对静止,因此可以将检测的转速传输给驱动电路。第二收发器与数据处理板相对静止,因此可以将检测的转速传输给数据处理板。
