The invention discloses a crawler-type pipeline detection robot. The driving mechanism comprises two crawler belt sets which are arranged on the two sides of the machine body correspondingly and connected with the driving wheels through motors correspondingly to drive the crawler belt sets to move so as to drive the robot to move forwards or achieve steering through differential speed, and obstacle crossing and complex terrain adaptation can be achieved by changing the angle of an obstacle crossing rod. The lifting mechanism is controlled by a hydraulic rod and ascends and descends in the pipeline; and the detection mechanism is mounted at the top of the lifting mechanism through a rotating motor, so that a detection mechanism main body can rotate in a vertical plane, and meanwhile, a camera is mounted on a camera bracket through a circular motor and can rotate around the bracket to survey the condition in the pipeline. The obstacle crossing of the pipeline detection robot can be achieved, the conditions of all positions in the pipeline can be observed, the pipeline detection robot can cope with the severe detection environment, the detection difficulty is effectively solved, and the working efficiency of pipeline detection and maintenance work is improved.

    本发明公开了一种履带式管道检测机器人。驱动机构包括两组履带组,分别设置在机身的两侧,分别通过电机连接驱动轮,驱动各组履带运动,以带动机器人前行或者通过差速实现转向,且可通过改变越障杆角度实现越障与复杂地形适应;升降机构,通过液压杆控制,在管道中进行升降;检测机构,通过旋转电机安装在升降机构顶部,使得检测机构主体可在一个竖直面内进行旋转,同时摄像头通过圆形电机安装在摄像机支架上,可绕支架进行旋转,对管道内情况进行勘测。本发明可实现管道检测机器人越障,能够观测到管道内部各处情况,可以应对较为恶劣的检测环境,有效解决检测困难,提高管道检测和维护工作的工作效率。
