A rotating rod is mounted on the inner surface of the mounting sleeve; a mounting box is mounted on the upper surface of the rotating rod; a gear guide rail is mounted on the lower surface of the mounting box; a first motor base is mounted on the inner surface of the main body box; a power gear is installed at the output end of the rotating motor and engaged with the gear guide rail. By controlling a rotating motor, utilizing meshing between a power gear and a gear guide rail and installing a sleeve and a rotating rod in a main body box, a mounting box is driven to rotate, so that a body is driven to rotate, and meanwhile, a laser generator and a receiver are installed on the outer surface of a mounting plate; therefore, obstacles can be conveniently detected, and the use requirements of detection in different directions can be met.
本发明公开了基于多传感器融合的室内移动机器人,涉及机器人技术领域。本发明包括主体箱,主体箱内表面安装有安装套筒,安装套筒内表面安装有转动杆,转动杆上表面安装有安装箱,安装箱下表面安装有齿轮导轨,主体箱内表面安装有第一电机座,第一电机座上表面安装有转动电机,转动电机输出端安装有动力齿轮,动力齿轮与齿轮导轨啮合。本发明通过控制转动电机,利用动力齿轮与齿轮导轨之间的啮合,同时通过主体箱内部安装套筒以及转动杆的安装,带动安装箱进行旋转,从而带动本体进行旋转,同时通过安装板外表面安装的安装激光发生器与接收器,从而方便对障碍物进行检测,从而能够满足不同方向检测的使用需求。
