The invention relates to a motor train unit unpowered marshalling testing method and device, and relates to the technical field of motor train unit testing. The method comprises the steps of obtaining current running time of the motor train unit; substituting the current running time of the motor train unit into a preset running data trend model of the motor train unit, and calculating expected current running data of the motor train unit; comparing the expected current operation data with a preset motor train unit operation standard threshold value; and if the expected current operation data is smaller than a preset motor train unit operation standard threshold value, calculating the safe operation duration of the motor train unit based on the expected current operation data, a preset motor train unit operation data trend model and the preset motor train unit operation standard threshold value. According to the unpowered marshalling test method for the motor train unit, high-frequency train detection is not needed for trains with new compartment-level applications, potential safety hazards of trains with aged compartment-level applications can be predicted in time, the overhaul frequency is increased, and the safety of the trains is improved.

    本申请涉及一种动车组无动力编组测试方法及装置,涉及动车组测试技术领域。其包括:获取动车组当前运行时间;将所述动车组当前运行时间代入预置的动车组运行数据走势模型内,计算出动车组期望当前运行数据;比较所述期望当前运行数据与预设的动车组运行标准阈值;若是所述期望当前运行数据小于预设的动车组运行标准阈值,则基于期望当前运行数据、预置的动车组运行数据走势模型及预设的动车组运行标准阈值,计算动车组安全运行时长。本申请中动车组无动力编组测试方法对于车厢级应用较新的列车无须高频次的对列车进行检测,而对于车厢级应用老化的列车,则能及时预测出其存在的安全隐患,提高检修频率,提高了列车的安全性。
