The anti-sliding and anti-overturning device of the portal crane comprises a crane frame, a clamping mechanism hinged to the crane frame, and a push-pull mechanism which is hinged to the clamping mechanism and can enable the clamping mechanism to rotate, the clamping mechanism comprises a clamping frame, a clamping arm capable of rotating, a driving connecting rod which is hinged to the clamping arm and can push and pull the clamping arm to rotate, and a driving power part which is hinged to the driving connecting rod and can drive the driving connecting rod; the rotating center of the clamping arm is arranged in the middle of the clamping arm, the driving connecting rod is arranged at one end of the clamping arm, the rail clamping device is arranged at the other end of the clamping arm, and the rail clamping device can clamp a rail under the rotating action of the clamping arm; and the rail clamping device can be far away from the rail through the overall rotation of the clamping mechanism. The section shape of the rail clamping device is matched with that of the rail, and the rail clamping device can surround the upper portion of the rail.
