The invention relates to the field of engineering machinery, and provides a crane stability analysis method and a crane anti-overturning control method and device.The crane stability analysis method comprises the steps that wind power parameter real-time data, ground state parameter real-time data and motion state parameter real-time data of a crane are obtained; inputting the wind power parameter real-time data, the ground state parameter real-time data and the motion state parameter real-time data into a pre-trained digital twin model to obtain a stability analysis result of the crane; the anti-overturning control method for the crane comprises the following steps: acquiring a stability analysis result of the crane; when it is determined that the stability analysis result is safe, the safety margin of the motion state of the crane is determined based on the real-time data of the motion state parameters; and carrying out anti-overturning control on the crane based on the safety margin. According to the method, the overturning risk of the crane can be accurately pre-judged in real time, and the safety of personnel and the crane in the operation process is improved.

    本发明涉及工程机械领域,提供一种起重机稳定性分析方法、起重机防倾覆控制方法及装置,起重机稳定性方法包括:获取风力参数实时数据、地面状态参数实时数据以及起重机的运动状态参数实时数据;将风力参数实时数据、地面状态参数实时数据以及运动状态参数实时数据输入至预先训练好的数字孪生模型,以得到起重机的稳定性分析结果;起重机防倾覆控制方法包括:获取起重机的稳定性分析结果;确定稳定性分析结果为安全时,基于运动状态参数实时数据,确定起重机的运动状态的安全余量;基于安全余量对起重机进行防倾覆控制。本发明能够实时准确地对起重机进行倾覆风险预判,提高了作业过程中人员和起重机的安全性。
