The invention relates to the technical field of multi-winch cranes, in particular to a lifting hook inclination angle control method and system and a multi-winch crane. The method comprises the steps of receiving inclination angle data of a lifting hook; receiving the lifting condition of the lifting hook; if the lifting hook is in the rising state, the operation parameters of one or more winches are adjusted according to the inclination angle data so as to control the inclination angle of the lifting hook to be within the preset inclination angle range; or, if the lifting hook is in the descending state, executing the following steps: adjusting the operation parameters of the plurality of winches to control the descending speed of the lifting hook to be at the preset speed reduction, and adjusting the operation parameters of one or more winches according to the inclination angle data to control the inclination angle of the lifting hook to be within the preset inclination angle range. During use, the inclination angle of the lifting hook is controlled to be within the preset inclination angle range by adjusting the operation parameters of the winch according to the inclination angle data of the lifting hook, and the inclination angle of the lifting hook is prevented from becoming larger and larger or even turning over.
