The invention provides an electric power steering active return control method. According to the method and the device, the return current is corrected, the return current calculation result is accurate, steering return can be controlled through electric power under the condition that the vehicle steering wheel is not enough in return, especially under the condition that the vehicle runs at a low speed, and the return force is more reliable.

    本发明提供了一种电动助力转向主动回正控制方法,包括以下步骤:S1、计算基础回正电流;S2、根据车速计算不同车速下的回正电流;S3、修正回正电流;S4、平滑车辆起步及停车时的回正电流;S5、将回正电流叠加至助力电流;本发明通过计算基础回正电流,并设定特定方向盘角度及特定方向盘角度下的基础回正电流,配合EPS系统接收并计算的车速信号计算不同车速下的回正电流,设定特定车速及特定车速下的回正电流系数,计算车辆回正电流,并对回正电流进行修正,回正电流计算结果精确,能够在车辆方向盘回正不足的情况下,尤其是在车辆低速行驶情况下,通过电动助力控制转向回正,回正力更加可靠。
