The invention provides a park traffic monitoring method and equipment. The system comprises a multi-line laser radar, a group of dome cameras, a group of pan-tilt cameras, a park high-precision map unit, a calculation unit and a network connection unit. The multi-line laser radar and the dome camera are used for calibration and are used for detecting position information of surrounding vehicles in all directions. The pan-tilt camera is used for snapshotting violation vehicles. And the park high-precision map assists in judging whether the vehicle has an illegal behavior or not. The calculation unit is used for obtaining vehicle information and detailed information of illegal vehicles. And the network connection unit is used for communicating with a data background and reporting monitoring information. The invention provides a new method for park traffic monitoring, effectively solves the problem that limited equipment is used for comprehensive park traffic monitoring, and effectively improves the park traffic environment.
