The multi-section telescopic positioning mechanism is mounted at the front end and the rear end of the scissor type lifting mechanism; the guardrails are installed on the periphery of the lifting table and connected with the lifting table in a welded mode; and the display screen is installed above the rear end of the guardrail, an AI face recognition probe is installed at the upper end of the display screen, and a console is arranged on one side of the display screen.
