The invention discloses an elevator management method based on the Internet of Things. The method comprises the following steps that S1, an elevator management platform is enabled to record position information of an elevator and the name of a building where the elevator is located, a corresponding operation state of each elevator is detected by means of an elevator detection device, and the elevator management platform is enabled to acquire operation state information of each elevator; S2, the Internet of Things center receives real-time operation state data of the elevator, integrates real-time operation state data information, converts the real-time operation state data information into elevator logs in a unified format, and uploads the elevator logs to a chain information storage module for storage; and S3, the Internet of Things center monitors whether the real-time operation state data of each elevator are abnormal or not. According to the method, when the elevator breaks down, aposition where the elevator breaks down can be sent to the Internet of Things center, the Internet of Things center sends notification information to an elevator maintenance module, rapid maintenanceis achieved, meanwhile, the operation data can be analyzed, an operation condition of the elevator can be judged, and maintenance work of the elevator can be automatically managed.

    本发明公开了一种基于物联网的电梯管理方法,包括如下步骤:S1电梯管理平台记录电梯的位置信息和电梯所在建筑名称,通过电梯检测装置检测每个电梯运行状态,电梯管理平台获取每个电梯运行状态信息;S2物联网中心接收电梯的运行实时状态数据,将运行实时状态数据信息进行整合转化统一格式的电梯日志,并上传给链信息存储模块进行存储;S3物联网中心监控各电梯运行实时状态数据是否异常。本发明电梯发生故障时,可以将发生故障电梯所在位置发送至物联网中心,由物联网中心将通知信息发送给电梯维修模块,实现快速维修,同时,能够对运行数据进行分析,判断电梯的运行状况,能够自动管理电梯的维护工作。
