The invention discloses an overturn-preventing system for sudden unloading of a tower crane and a control method of the overturn-preventing system. The overturn-preventing system comprises a cantilever crane hinged to a tower body; the falling-off balancing weight is arranged on the arm frame; the balancing weight falling mechanism is used for locking the balancing weight capable of falling off on the arm support in a locking state and releasing the locking of the balancing weight capable of falling off in a releasing state, so that the balancing weight capable of falling off can fall off from the arm support; and the lifting locking mechanism is connected with the tower body and the arm frame and is used for locking the arm frame under the condition that the rotation angle of the arm frame reaches a first angle. The anti-overturning system for sudden unloading of the tower crane can reduce the unbalanced bending moment of the whole tower crane under the sudden unloading condition, reduces the overturning possibility of the tower crane, relieves the impact of sudden unloading on the structure by raising and falling off the balance weight of the cantilever crane, limits reverse rotation of the cantilever crane, and improves the safety of the tower crane. And secondary impact on the tower body due to the fact that the gravitational potential energy of the cantilever crane is released again is avoided.

    本发明公开一种塔机突然卸载防倾覆系统及其控制方法,所述防倾覆系统包括臂架与塔身铰接;所述可脱落平衡重设置于臂架上;平衡重脱落机构,所述平衡重脱落机构在锁止状态下将所述可脱落平衡重锁止于臂架上,在释放状态下解除对所述可脱落平衡重的锁止,以使所述可脱落平衡重能够从所述臂架上脱落;上扬锁止机构,所述上扬锁止机构连接所述塔身与所述臂架,用于在所述臂架的旋转角度达到第一角度的情况下锁止所述臂架。本发明的塔机突然卸载防倾覆系统能够减小突然卸载情况下整个塔机不平衡弯矩,降低塔机倾覆可能性,通过臂架上扬和脱落平衡重来减缓突然卸载对结构的冲击,限制臂架反向回转,避免臂架重力势能被再次释放而对塔身产生二次冲击。
