The lifting device is reasonable and simple in structure, low in production cost and convenient to install, the first connecting plate is driven to be close to or away from the second connecting plate through telescopic movement of the third oil cylinder, the extending distance of the lifting plate is adjusted, and therefore the phenomenon of overturning caused by the too long extending distance is avoided, and the safety during lifting is guaranteed; the starting motor drives the transmission gear to rotate through the transmission shaft, the telescopic pipe moves downwards and extends out through rotation of the transmission gear, and the positioning clamping block is clamped through the positioning clamping groove through downward movement of the telescopic pipe, so that it is guaranteed that the hanging plate and the bridge section cannot shake during assembly, and the operation performance during assembly and movement is improved; and therefore, the assembly efficiency is improved.
