The invention belongs to the field of railway vehicle built-in components, and relates to a method for installing railway vehicle built-in components, which is characterized in that a connecting piece is designed according to the size of a built-in skeleton profile chute, a gap is reserved between a sliding block on the connecting piece and the chute, and the sliding block can move along the length direction and the transverse direction of the chute; when the built-in component is installed, the connecting piece is placed in the sliding groove through the installation notch of the sliding groove and slides to the position of a bolt passing hole of the built-in component to be installed in the length direction of the sliding groove. The bolt on the connecting piece penetrates through the bolt passing hole of the built-in component, so that the built-in component is pre-installed below the built-in framework profile, then the flat washer, the spring washer and the nut are sequentially connected with the bolt, and the nut is not fastened at the moment; and then the connecting piece is transversely adjusted to a proper position along the sliding groove according to the transverse gap adjustment requirement of the adjacent built-in components, and the nuts are rotated to fix the built-in components. The method can ensure the attractiveness of the gaps of the adjacent built-in components on the left and right sides of the vehicle and in the length direction of the gaps.

    本发明属于轨道车辆内装部件领域,涉及一种轨道车辆内装部件的安装方法,该方法根据内装骨架型材滑槽的尺寸设计一种连接件,连接件上的滑块与滑槽之间留有缝隙,可沿滑槽长度方向和横向移动;安装内装部件时,将连接件通过滑槽的安装豁口放入滑槽内,沿滑槽长度方向滑动到待安装的内装部件的螺栓通过孔位置处;将连接件上的螺栓穿过内装部件的螺栓通过孔,使内装部件预安装到内装骨架型材下方,之后将平垫圈、弹簧垫圈、螺母依次与螺栓连接,此时螺母不紧固;然后根据相邻内装部件横向的缝隙调整要求,沿滑槽横向调整连接件到合适位置,旋转螺母对内装部件进行固定即可。该方法能够保证相邻内装部件的缝隙在车辆左右两侧和缝隙长度方向的美观。
