The invention relates to a new energy vehicle motor assembly suspension system structure which comprises a motor suspension support, a motor suspension soft cushion assembly, a gearbox suspension support and a gearbox suspension soft cushion assembly, the two sides of a motor assembly are fixedly installed between longitudinal beams through the motor suspension support, and the gearbox suspension soft cushion assembly is fixedly installed between the longitudinal beams through the gearbox suspension soft cushion assembly. The whole motor suspension support is of an L-shaped structure, the side face of the motor suspension support is fixedly connected with a motor assembly, and the end of the motor suspension support is fixedly connected to the ventral face of a longitudinal beam of a frame through a motor suspension cushion assembly. The two sides of the gearbox assembly are fixedly installed between the longitudinal beams through gearbox suspension supports, the whole gearbox suspension supports are of an L-shaped structure, the side faces of the gearbox suspension supports are fixedly connected with the gearbox assembly, and the ends of the gearbox suspension supports are fixedly connected to the ventral faces of the longitudinal beams of the frame through gearbox suspension cushion assemblies. The motor suspension cushion assembly and the gearbox suspension cushion assembly are both of a vertical installation structure, and the assembly manufacturability is good; the motor suspension support and the gearbox suspension support are both L-shaped castings, the constraint modes are high and are both larger than 400 Hz, and the resonance risk with the excitation frequency of the motor is small.

    本发明涉及一种新能源车电机总成悬置系统结构,该电机总成悬置系统结构,包括电机悬置支架、电机悬置软垫总成、变速箱悬置支架和变速箱悬置软垫总成,电机总成两侧均通过电机悬置支架固定安装在纵梁之间,电机悬置支架整体呈L型结构,侧面与电机总成固定连接,端部通过电机悬置软垫总成固定连接在车架纵梁腹面上;变速箱总成两侧均通过变速箱悬置支架固定安装在纵梁之间,变速箱悬置支架整体呈L型结构,侧面与变速箱总成固定连接,端部通过变速箱悬置软垫总成固定连接在车架纵梁腹面上。本发明电机及变速箱悬置软垫总成均为垂直安装结构,装配工艺性好;电机及变速箱悬置支架均为L型铸件,约束模态高,均大于400Hz,与电机激励频率共振风险小。
