The invention discloses a motor assembly suspension structure of a pure electric vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of electric automobile structures. The motor assembly suspension structurecomprises a bushing, a suspension connecting bracket and a rubber anti-collision pad. The bushing comprises an outer metal framework and an inner metal framework, the inner metal framework is positioned in the outer metal framework, the outer diameter of the inner metal framework is smaller than the inner diameter of the outer metal framework, and a rubber main body is arranged between the outer metal framework and the inner metal framework. The suspension connecting bracket is provided with a mounting hole connected with a motor assembly, and the suspension connecting bracket is connected with the bushing through the inner metal framework. The rubber anti-collision pad is positioned between the bushing and the suspension connecting bracket. The motor assembly suspension structure and an auxiliary frame can form an integrated structure, the suspension connecting support is small in size, occupied space is greatly saved, and the space requirement of a compact cabin of an electric vehicle is met. The motor assembly suspension structure has a short cantilever and is light in weight and high in mode, resonance is not prone to occurring, and the NVH performance of the whole vehicle canbe improved.

    本发明公开了一种纯电动车的电机总成悬置结构,属于电动汽车结构技术领域,其中电机总成悬置结构包括:衬套,衬套包括外金属骨架和内金属骨架,内金属骨架位于外金属骨架内,内金属骨架的外径小于外金属骨架的内径,外金属骨架和内金属骨架之间设有橡胶主体;悬置连接支架,悬置连接支架上开设有与电机总成连接的安装孔,悬置连接支架通过内金属骨架与衬套连接;橡胶防撞垫,其位于衬套和悬置连接支架之间。本发明的本电机总成悬置结构能够与副车架形成一体结构,悬置连接支架尺寸较小,大大节省了占用空间,满足电动车紧凑机舱的空间要求。本电机总成悬置结构的悬臂较短,质量较轻,模态较高,不易发生共振现象,有利于提高整车NVH性能。
