According to the scheme, loads can be shared, the transmission path of force is optimized, the problem that a vehicle door is sunken due to collision of a new barrier is solved, and the problem that the invasion amount of passengers is too large is solved. Through actual tests, the car door can almost achieve the effect of uniform energy absorption, and overlarge sinking is avoided. Compared with a traditional design, the overall energy absorption effect is increased by at least 24% or so, the invasion speed of the front vehicle door is reduced by 3 km/h after optimization, and the invasion amount is reduced by 110 mm; the invasion speed of the column B is reduced by 1km/h, and the invasion amount is reduced by 84mm; the invasion speed of the rear door is reduced by 1.6 km/h, and the invasion amount is reduced by 56mm; and by reasonably supporting the structure points, the overall score reaches the target grade.
