The invention discloses a method capable of reducing the collision damage grade of an automobile. The method comprises the following steps: A), arranging multiple anti-collision airbags on a peripheral enclosure frame of the automobile at intervals; B), arranging multiple sensors with distance and speed detection functions on peripheral enclosure frames of the air bags; C), arranging a device for controlling the airbags and a control module for receiving signals of the sensors in a trip computer of the automobile; and D), when one or more sensors detect that one moving object approaches the automobile at a certain speed and the distance between the moving object and the peripheral enclosure frame of the automobile is less than a certain given distance, enabling the control module to receive and process the signals sent by the sensors, and simultaneously triggering the corresponding airbags to be opened outwards to adsorb the collision energy, thereby reducing the damage grade.
