Comprising the following steps: step 1, blanking hot-formed steel with different materials and different thicknesses to obtain blanking pieces of each part of the automobile door ring, namely blanking pieces of an A column, a B column upper end area, a B column lower end area and a threshold area; the blanking pieces of all the parts are spliced and welded into an automobile door ring blank; 2, hot forming steel is selected for blanking of the patch plates of the column A and the column B, and a blanking piece of the patch plates of the column A and a blanking piece of the patch plates of the column B are obtained; 3, the A column patch plate blanking piece and the B column patch plate blanking piece are spot-welded to the corresponding positions of the upper end area of the A column and the upper end area of the B column on the automobile door ring blank correspondingly; fourthly, the automobile door ring blank obtained after spot welding is completed is heated; and 5, the heated door ring blank is conveyed to hot stamping equipment to be subjected to hot stamping, shaping is conducted after hot stamping, and the automobile door ring is obtained.
本发明涉及新能源汽车制造领域,公开了一种汽车门环一体式成型方法及模具,以生产结构强度高的轻量化汽车门环;包括以下步骤:步骤1、对不同材料不同厚度的热成型钢进行落料,得到汽车门环各个部分的落料片,即获得A柱、B柱上端区、B柱下端区和门槛区落料片;并将各部分的落料片拼焊成汽车门环坯料;步骤2、选用热成型钢进行A柱和B柱的补丁板落料,得到A柱补丁板落料片和B柱补丁板落料片;步骤3、将A柱补丁板落料片和B柱补丁板落料片分别点焊到汽车门环坯料上A柱和B柱上端区的对应位置;步骤4、将点焊完成的汽车门环坯料进行加热;步骤5、将加热完成的门环坯料送到热冲压设备处进行热冲压,并在热冲压后进行整形得到汽车门环。
