The technology comprises the following steps that welding is conducted, specifically, plates with required sizes are obtained according to the composition of a door ring, the adjacent plates are overlapped together in an up-and-down mode, the overlapping width is 16mm to 60mm, and resistance spot welding or laser spot welding is conducted at the overlapping positions; heat treatment is conducted, specifically, the welded door ring plates are placed in a heating furnace to be heated, isothermal or gradient temperature rising heating is adopted, the heating temperature interval is 830 DEG C to 970 DEG C, and the heat preservation time is 8s to 15s; heat forming is conducted, specifically, the door ring plates are taken out of the heating furnace and put into a heat forming die to be subjected to punch forming, and meanwhile quenching is conducted at the cooling speed of being larger than or equal to 30 DEG C/s; and laser cutting is conducted, specifically, the door ring plates are taken out of the heat forming die, and redundant edge materials are removed through laser cutting. Resistance spot welding or laser spot welding is carried out at the overlapping positions, a special welding wire is not needed, and the manufacturing cost is reduced; and coatings on the plates do not need to be removed in the welding process, the number of working procedures is reduced, and the processing cost is reduced.
本发明涉及一种汽车门环制造工艺,包括以下步骤:焊接:根据门环组成获取所需尺寸的板料,相邻板料上下搭接在一起,搭接宽度为16mm‑60mm,对搭接位置进行电阻点焊或激光点焊;热处理:将完成焊接的门环板料放入加热炉中进行加热,采用等温或梯度升温加热,加热温度区间为830℃‑970℃,保温时间为8s‑15s;热成型:将门环板料从加热炉中取出放入热成型模具中进行冲压成型,同时以大于等于30℃/s的冷却速度进行淬火;激光切割:将门环板料从热成型模具中取出,激光切割去除多余边料。对搭接位置进行电阻点焊或者激光点焊,无需特制焊丝,降低了制造成本;焊接时不需要去除板料上的涂层,减少了工序、降低了加工成本。
