The invention relates to a front door ring structure and an automobile. The front door ring structure comprises a front door ring upper section, a first connecting piece, a front door ring lower section and a second connecting piece, wherein the front door ring upper section and the front door ring lower section are both integral closed section pieces, and each integral closed section piece comprises a cylindrical main body with a closed section and a connecting flange part protruding out of the cylindrical main body. According to the invention, the phenomena of welding spot failure, cavity separation, force transfer failure and the like in the collision process can be effectively prevented, and the safety performance of automobile collision can be well ensured.
